Check out that red rooster. I love the way color is used in these pieces. I found out about SanFrancisco designer Diana Fayt via susyjacks StumbleUpon account. Diana is the designer behind the etsy shop oneblackbird. Her beautiful original handmade pieces are very labor intensive and include approximately thirteen steps from beginning to end. The platters and large bowls can take up to seven hours to complete not including the twenty three hours of firing time in the kiln.
